In 2014, Coralie Devernay became a partner.

Alain Cléry

Alain Cléry was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1980 and set up his first law firm in 1987.

  • Prior to that, he worked alongside Paul Mathély, a lawyer known worldwide for his work in Intellectual Property, and then with the Rambaud Martel firm, one of the most important French law firms in business law.
  • He holds a postgraduate degree in Industrial Property Law from Paris II – Panthéon Assas.
  • He holds a certificate of specialisation in Intellectual Property Law and in the Law of New Technologies, Information Technology and Communication, from the Paris Bar.
  • He is the head of the APRAM Commission (Association of Trademark and Design Law Practitioners) regarding “Intellectual Property in the Economy – Unfair Competition”
  • He is a member of INTA (International Trademarks Association), APRAM (The Practitioners Trademarks and Designs Association), AAPI (The Intellectual Property Lawyers Association), AFPPI (The French Association for the Intellectual Property Law protection), AIPPI (The International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property) and UIA (International Union of Lawyers)

Coralie Devernay has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2006 and a partner of the firm since 2014.

  • She holds a postgraduate degree in Industrial Property from Paris II – Panthéon Assas.
  • She received the 1st Prize at the LegalBiznext competition in 2003 for an article on Peer-to-Peer
  • She has also practised criminal law as an on-call lawyer for the Paris Bar
  • She holds a Certificate of Specialisation in Intellectual Property Law from the Paris Bar.
  • She is a member of INTA (International Trademarks Association), APRAM (Association of Trademark and Design Law Practitioners), AIPPI (The International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property) and AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers)

Astrid de la Haye has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2024.

  • She holds a Master II in Industrial Property Law from Paris II – Panthéon Assas.
  • She completed the Intellectual Property Law and Competition Law programs at the Paris Bar School.
  • She has completed several internships in law firms and industrial property attorneys’ offices, as well as in corporate departments specializing in intellectual property law.
  • She is a member of APRAM (Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles).
  • She joined the firm in January 2023 as part of her final internship.
